Electronic Records & Signatures Consent

Last updated: July 29, 2026

LedgerHelm lets you review and sign documents electronically — for example, engagement letters, proposals, and authorizations. This disclosure explains your consent to use electronic records and signatures under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and your related rights.

Consent to do business electronically

When you sign or accept a document through the Service, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature, and that electronic records satisfy any legal requirement that such records be in writing. You consent to receive the applicable agreement, and disclosures related to it, in electronic form.

Hardware and software you need

To access and retain electronic records, you need a device with a current web browser and internet access, an email account, and the ability to view and save PDF documents. If our requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you cannot access or retain records, we will notify you.

Getting paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any document you signed electronically by contacting us through our contact page. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies where permitted. Signed documents also remain available to download from your account.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent to transact electronically at any time by contacting us, but doing so does not affect the validity of documents you already signed electronically, and some features that depend on electronic signing may become unavailable. Withdrawal is effective only after we have had a reasonable period to act on it.

Keeping your information current

Keep your email address and contact information up to date in your account so we can send you electronic records. You are responsible for notifying us of changes to the address we use to contact you.

Retention

Arkenly LLC retains executed electronic documents and associated signing metadata (such as timestamps) as a record of the transaction, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
